Times Square by day
Yeah I know, Times Square by day isn't really as amazing as it is during nighttime. I really don't like going there though. It is just too packed with musicals (oh how I hate them) and too many tourists.

Too many people, too many ads, too much concrete... No wonder that they usually take pictures at night - It looks way better if you see less of it. :)
The Ads are what make it look cool. Especially at night. And it is not about seeing less. It is just about different lighting. To see it at nighttime is a very impressive sight.
Been there, done that. Although plastering these concrete and glass monstrosities with colourful, epilepsy causing ads, might be indeed the only way to make them somewhat 'attractive'. Impresive: yes; 'nice' to look at: only at night.
